The Task:
Our client was seeking planning approval to use the existing dwelling on site for a medical centre. Given the site does not feature any crossover, driveway or car parking, a strong planning argument had to be prepared to justify the allowance of a car parking dispensation for the medical centre.
The Outcome:
After discussing the proposal with planners from the City of Port Phillip, a planning application was submitted for the use of the site for a medical centre, the reduction of the number of car spaces required, and the display of advertising signage. Working closely with Council has ensured a smooth process, and we have received the planning permit on behalf of our client.
