Smart Planning and Design worked closely with Hanso Architecture, Construction and Interior Design to secure planning approvals for a large hot-pot restaurant in Carlton, Panda Hot Pot. These approvals include the change of use of the site to a restaurant, the sale and consumption of liquor and the exciting new façade alterations, which will incorporate traditional Chinese design elements to the existing building.
