David Klingberg
David Klingberg has over 30 years’ experience in the planning and the design industry having worked on significant projects nationally and internationally for state and local governments, as well as the private sector. David’s town planning expertise has delivered outstanding outcomes for his clients.
David’s extensive projects include development approvals land use strategies and growth area planning, mixed use and residential master planning, urban regeneration, town centre revitalisation studies and initiatives, state and local government planning policy development and urban design advice. David’s expertise is regularly sought after as a presenter to conferences across Australia and Asia, various universities and for the Planning Institute of Australia.
Chelci Cox
Chelci is experienced in both statutory and strategic planning and has worked as an Urban Planner since 2018 on a range of planning applications, including small and large scale residential projects (development and subdivision) as well as commercial, retail, industrial and mixed use projects.
Having completed a Bachelor of Environments (majoring in Urban Planning and Design) from the University of Melbourne, Chelci is passionate about helping clients understand planning procedures and strategies, and working collaboratively with Council. She has a particular interest in Urban Planning projects aimed at creating healthy places for healthier communities.
Vivian Liu
Vivian is experienced in both statutory and strategic planning having worked on a wide range of applications, including varying scales of residential and commercial projects.
Having completed a Bachelor of Environments (majoring in Urban Planning and Design) from the University of Melbourne and studies at Tongji University in the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, she is passionate about helping people navigate the intricacies of town planning requirements and delivering on projects that positively influence cities and communities.
Shannon Clarence
Shannon is experienced in both statutory and strategic planning for a range of residential and commercial developments including managing various contractors to facilitate positive outcomes with Council.
Having completed a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Shannon has a keen interest in affordable housing and how local policy influences rates of affordable housing.
